The service focuses on permanent building and meeting-room systems. Room function, participants, noise, sources and operating patterns shape the design. Define zoned announcements and online-meeting needs before selecting devices.
From sources to users
Scope can include microphones, speakers, amplifiers, displays, meeting cameras, cabling, control and supporting networks. Confirm signal paths and interfaces with the customer's applications and IT. Application licenses and content are not automatically part of equipment supply.
Test actual use scenarios
Test local sources, zone distribution, input selection, remote meetings where included and operator workflows. Results depend on acoustics, networks and participant devices. Connection guidance and configuration records support use after handover.
Survey inputs
Share the Jakarta location, room layout, use cases, existing systems and display or zone needs. Emergency or evacuation audio requires the appropriate design and authority; a general announcement system does not automatically fulfill those functions.

Does this service include event sound-system rental?
No. It focuses on permanent installations for offices, factories, buildings and meeting rooms. Public address, paging and conferencing are planned around daily use, zones, audio sources and operating workflows.
What is needed for a meeting-room AV quotation?
Provide room dimensions and layout, participant count, online meeting needs, existing equipment, display locations and conferencing applications. Cameras, microphones, speakers, control, networking and licenses are defined in the scope. Room acoustics and participant connections also affect performance.
Is building paging an emergency voice-evacuation system?
Not automatically. Ordinary paging supports operational announcements. Emergency evacuation functions require suitable design, equipment and project coordination. A speaker installation alone must not be represented as a life-safety system.
