Rooms, corridors, lobbies, meeting spaces and staff areas have different use patterns. WiFi planning considers density, wall materials, guest devices and uplink capacity. Staff and building-device systems should follow the operator's IT separation policy rather than automatically sharing guest access.
Shared-area security
Discuss CCTV, resident access and vehicle entry for approved areas under management rules. The system owner defines privacy boundaries, recording access and authorization procedures. Lift, IPTV or room-control integration is included only after interfaces and usage permissions are confirmed.
Plan around property operations
For occupied properties, floor or zone scheduling must account for guests, housekeeping and maintenance. Define test areas, migration order and permitted interruptions. Verify performance with representative devices and use scenarios.
Initial information for Jakarta projects
Share the location, layout, property type, areas, existing systems and renovation plan. Handover can include device positions, topology, labels, configuration and test records. Internet contracts, content, licenses and operating support are distinguished from installation works.
